Excellent Location!

The location was Excellent! a short walk to the metro and from there I could reach Ring 1 Paris. The room was clean and I got an early check-in, which is exceptional! Added breakfast for 2 days, and I think it was a great choice. The hotel is rather small but quite cozy for travellers. Brought my 2-year-old kid here and no problem so far. The receptionist was also quick to respond.

I have not received the deposit money (pre-authorization) back sadly.

This hotel is located at the intersection of three subway lines, so transportation is very convenient. There are supermarkets, McDonald's, and many restaurants nearby. The manager Emma is very kind.

Very Good

The hotel is decorated quite nicely, and the photos match the reality. The rooms was nice, spacious, and clean, although a bit too cold for my liking. The bathroom was spacious as well. The area was nice and felt safe.

Great cozy hotel in a central area

It was perfect! The hotel is placed in a good area with many restaurants and a big supermarket 2 mins walk. It’s freshly renovated inside and has friendly staff. It also offers kettle, coffee machine, free tea, coffee and water in your room. There is also a complimentary pastry/tea/water downstairs which is really nice. The room is tiny but very cozy, had safe box, hangers, shelves and a table, the bathroom also was clean.

The biggest minus is the tiny walls and poor soundproofing - could hear a regular conversation of my neighbours.

Wonderful

Easy walking distance from the Metro, shops, Monoprix, restaurants, UNESCO, Eiffel Tower. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was fresh and clean, and the buffet breakfast offered good variety. A compact hotel with some of the rooms only accessible via a steep flight of stairs, although the staff were happy to help with the luggage. Great value for money.

Excellent location, good value for money.

A great location close to the Paris metro, the station is just 50-100 metres away. The Eiffel Tower is within easy reach, it's about a 30-minute walk. Location is the biggest plus here, there's a McDonald's just round the corner, and a Franprix (a small supermarket) across the main street, with several restaurants within easy walking distance. Loved the newly refurbished room and a window you can actually open. The staff were friendly and welcoming, you can have breakfast downstairs, although we did not try it.

I would have preferred the room to be a bit larger, especially the bathroom was cramped. For a big, tall guy the shower was coffin-sized, but the within the bounds of the walls, the guy who designed the rooms really did miracles as he/she managed to fit everything in there. If you're normal person size, you'll manage fine. I would have appreciated if the hotel would entrust the guests with teaspoons, as they're handy accessory, especially if you have a coffee machine in the hotel. The wooden stirring thingies are pretty much worthless.

Great place for a weekend getaway.

Great location and good value for money. Staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Rooms are kind of small without any cupboards. We were with just two backpacks and once we unpacked it was difficult storing our clothes. Since I didn’t see an airco, I assume it will be tough on hot days.

The location is the best thing and the cleaning is good. Also, welcoming and the staffs are kind and helpful. Even though I arrived earlier than the check-in time, they allowed me to check-in.

They do not offer soundproof walls even though they indicated it as one of the opportunities.

Loved it!

I enjoyed so much the location, the place and the attention of the team. They are very kind and always paying attention and answering your questions or doubts. So, I will for sure return to Lilas Blanc!

It is important to tell the clients that the money blocked for your stay, apart of the payment at the arrival, will be delivered 14 days after you leave the place. So, that information is important to give it to the clients before they get there or, at least, when the full payment is done at the arrival.

Nice friendly hotel close to Eiffel Tower

Central location close to Eiffel Tower. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast available in the morning. Room was cleaned every day. Location was quiet and keeping the window open allowed to have some fresh air during the night.

No air conditioning available and the room was very small.

Overall- great

Close to the metro and louvre Staff was very nice, welcoming, and helpful No ac but it was fine once we opened the windows and there was a fan provided

Very Good

The location was pretty good and close to many iconic locations. Although the room was not big, it offered a solid range of areas to sleep, wash and eat. The added breakfast for 10 euros was also solid.

Some staff aren't as friendly as others. The cramped space did create movement issues at times for two. The lack of aircon meant windows and doors had to remain open, and even with sleeping with the door closed, noise from other rooms was annoying
